Our Customer Support Team can be contacted in three different ways:

Web Chat

We offer two different chat tools on our site. Our video tool is manned by sales advisors so this is NOT the best way for you to get assistance with your outstanding order. However, our ZenDesk chat tool access by a pop-up on our home page (and this page), is the one to use. This chat tool is run by members of our team who are best placed to help you with any support queries.
