Our commitment to you:

  1. Contact you to confirm your order.
  2. In love with one of our sofas but not sure what colour to pick? We can send you fabric samples! Either use our request a swatch tool on the website or call us directly on 01305 262666
  3. Arrange delivery swiftly if the product is in stock. For many of our products they are handmade especially for you so we shall provide you an estimated delivery time in this instance or of course if the product is on it's way from our supplier and not in stock yet.
  4. Our team will get in touch with you again nearer the delivery date to arrange a delivery time to suit you
  5. With large furniture items delivered by our own in house two-man delivery service or our delivery partner, we check over everything once in position to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. This would be conducted when delivering for example, a sofa, a large dining table, a bed frame etc. 
  6. If you're not happy with your order because there is a manfacturing fault, or we have damaged the item during delivery, we'll take it away either exchange or fund in full.
  7. If you've ordered a small item we'll send it to you via a courier.
