Full Time Senior Sales Consultant

£20,000 basic plus commission making a realistic OTE of £25k -  £30K pa

With significant growth plans in place, we are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Consultant of the highest calibre. Intermediate Customer Service Practitioner Standard.

Formal training to be provided by Weymouth College with informal, on the job training by Woods Furniture. The on-the-job training will consist of providing the highest level of customer service to our internal and external customers. The core responsibilities will be delivered in the workplace, mainly face to face. These may be one-off or routine contact with customers and include dealing with their orders, payments, offering product advice, guidance, and support, meet-and-greet, sales, rectifying problems, after care support, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring our customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Administrator Vacancy

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Woods family, as we are embarking on our expansion programme through our stores and online. Our range of stunning furniture incorporates all the leading brand names, plus a large selection of home accessories which makes us the shop of choice.
We are looking to recruit a Warehouse administrator to support our busy warehouse network. Helping to run the office, answering the phone, booking outbound deliveries, contacting customers to arrange deliveries and many more duties.

We pride ourselves in providing an excellent delivery service to all our customers and we are looking for someone who will thrive in this busy environment.

Main duties will include

  • Answering the phone for internal and external customers
  • Booking local deliveries with customers
  • Contacting and liaising with the couriers we use
  • Helping customers collect their delivering from the Warehouse
  • Collaborating with our other departments to help solve customer queries
