Types of Service


  • We use third party couriers who are able to deliver all the products we sell from vases and rugs to beds & wardrobes. Small to medium items are delivered to your doorstep. Larger items will be delivered to a room of your choice by a team following all COVID-19 regulations.


  • If you live within 30 miles of Dorchester, Dorset, our own in-house delivery team will deliver your order. 

Click & Collect

  • If you are local to Dorset or the surrounding areas, then Click & Collection may be an option for you. Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection slot. You can then come to our warehouse and take your order away yourself.

How Delivery Charges are Calculated

  • The total delivery charge for your order depends on the contents of your basket. It is calculated by taking the total charge for each item’s delivery type, and adding them together calculates it.
  • All delivery charges are capped at £79.99 so your order will never cost more than this to deliver regardless of how many items/delivery types are involved with your basket.
  • Note the cap is raised for locations such as Highlands, Islands etc.
  • A breakdown of your order’s delivery charge and how it is calculated will be shown in Step 2 of the checkout.
  • Unfortunately, we can not deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands or Channel Islands currently.

When will I get my order?


All deliveries take place Mon-Fri between 8:00am and 6:00pm. We will notify you, on the day your order is despatched from us, by email.


  • Small & Medium things are delivered to your doorstep by our trusted couier and will arrive within 1-2 working days. They will despatch your item as soon as it's in your local depot and send you a text on the day of delivery with a tracking link. This text offers you options available i.e. change delivery day, leave in safe place etc. To protect against COVID-19, our trusted couriers provide a safe, non-contact delivery service to your doorstep.
  • Large things are usually delivered within 10 working days of the items arriving in our warehouse. Our delivery partner will drop you an email in advance to confirm the day of delivery. This email offers you options available i.e. change delivery day. On the day of delivery they will provide you with a tracing link & a two hour timeslot.


  • Our own team will contact you the week of despatch to confirm a convenient delivery date & specify a two hour time slot for when the delivery will take place.

Delivery Delays

  • Like many retailers, we are experiencing significant delays in supply from our manufacturers. They continue to face challenges due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19, which has caused shortages of raw materials and labour, plus transportation delays. This means that in many cases our customers are experiencing delays in receiving their valued orders placed with us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Missing or Incorrect Items

  • If you feel there are items missing from the delivery or you have received incorrect items, this is the best way to let us know:
    • Contact our customer support team via email on
    • If you have incorrect items, please supply photos of these items and their packaging and any labels. This will help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
    • We will never part-ship orders without your consent/agreement so if you have missing items this will be due to a shipping error (either we missed an item, or the courier has lost an item) – whatever the case we will always try to resolve issues like this as fast as possible and with no additional shipping costs to you.
