Sandwiches – 2 to 4 fillings are enough variety. Be sure to check with your guests on any dietary requirements.  prawn, salmon, cheese & cucumber and Beef & Horseradish are firm favourites here… Allocate approximately 4 sandwiches per person.

Cakes – Victoria and chocolate mini sponges, dusted and decorated with icing sugar are light and delicious. Try chocolate brownies too in small squares. 2/3 cakes per person

Fruit – strawberries & raspberries compliment these cakes fabulously.

Add bowls of chocolate eggs and platters of hot crossed buns to complete the Easter theme.

Drinks – traditionally, tea is served, you could also opt for a glass of bubbles and a jug of squash with a handful of summer fruits to enhance the flavour.
