Video Appointments & Live Video Calls


We understand that during this uncertain time, our customers may want to view a sofa or dining collection in either of our two stores but without needing to make the journey to our showrooms. This could particularly be the case if you're sheilding or vulnerable. Equally if you're not based in the South West and you want a closer look at something you're interested in or any advice to help you choose, this is the perfect service for you.

So, we're really excited to be able to offer you a video call service, so you speak to one of our friendly experts and be shown via video all of the great features of the furniture you are interested in, to help you make the right choice.


Introducing Store Video Calls


What is a Video Appointment?

A Video Appointment is convenient because rather than instantly start a video call here and now, you can select a date and time that suits you. Once you've booked a call you will get a confirmation email with a unique link that you can use when the time comes.

To book an appointment, choose your preferred date and time below. It's really simple and only takes a minute to fill in your details.

Note: If your query is regarding an existing order, it's likely our in-store experts won't be able to help. So please see further down the page regarding contacting our customer support team.

 


Video Appointments Step-By-Step

1. Use the Calendar below, select a date and time that suits you for your appointment.

2. You will then be asked for various details such as your name and contact details. You will also need to fill in a section which roughly describes which product(s) your call is about.

3. Once complete, watch out for your confirmation email. This is an important email because it contains your unique appointment link.

Note: You will receive a reminder email shortly before your appointment to nudge your memory if it has slipped your mind.

4. When the time comes for your appointment, click on the link in your confirmation email. Your computer/device will then launch the video call, and your allocated sales advisor will be with you after a few moments.

5. When your call is complete, you'll be asked to rate the call. Please do this because it really helps us to improve the service.


 

What if I want a Video Call Right Away?

If you don't want to book an appointment, but need to video call right away, you can click on our chat icon on any product page, category page, brand page, or even this page - in the bottom left corner - to start a call with one of our experts.

It's very simple, and don't worry we won't be able to see you. The video is only one-way. Once you're on the call you can request a more detailed view of the product if it's on display in our store, and ask any questions you may have.
