Shopping our outlet: the key information

• All the pieces on display will have imperfections, which is why they have such amazing prices! If you're interested in buying a product, please do take the time to give it a good once over so you can see the imperfections.
• Let a member of staff know when you've decided so we can attach a SOLD ticket to the item to prevent anyone else from buying it. We will make a note of the "NOW" price so we can process your order correctly.
• You can pay in store using our portable card payment system which staff will have installed on their phones. Your order will be hand-written on duplicate order pads, and you can take your copy away with you.
• All items are collection only; we do not offer delivery for items in this clearance sale. If you need to arrange for a larger vehicle or help to move the furniture to your vehicle, we can allow you some time to do this, but as a rule we would prefer you to collect your purchase within two hours of payment. You will need to show your copy of the order form as evidence that the item is yours when you return to collect your furniture.
