How it Works

Step 1

We currently only offer 10 months 0% APR financing (subject to status) on a minimum spend of £500, available with 25% or 50% deposits. The maximum spend is £15,000.

Step 2

Our interest free furniture credit package is available online, instore, and over the phone. If you are buying online, just go through to our payment page and select the finance option as your method of payment.

Step 3

You will be taken through to the V12 retail finance platform where your decision will be made instantly. A confirmation email will then be sent to you, where you will be asked to complete your agreement by E-signature.

Step 4

You will later get a separate email from V12, which will contain your account log in information.

Step 5

There are no fees to setup your finance and your first payment is usually due 25-30 days after your goods are delivered.

What is Required

All finance is subject to status and necessary checks. The criteria are:
  • Is 18 or older
  • Is in permanent paid employment, self-employed, homemaker, retired and receiving a pension, working student in parttime work or in receipt of a disability benefit
  • Has been a resident in the UK for at least 3 years
  • Has a debit or credit card in their name, which is registered to their address, to pay the deposit where applicable
  • Has a Bank or Building Society current account available – this is required to complete the direct debit instruction
  • Has an email address to receive the important information throughout the application process, including their signed credit agreement

Your delivery address must be the same as your billing address when paying by finance.

  • Please note personal details including delivery address are not possible to change if your order is on finance with us. This is part of the terms & conditions of the finance, due to credit checks carried out.
