A 3 seater sofa seats three adults and is the main sofa in most family living rooms. Woods Furniture, furnishing Dorset homes since 1875 from stores in Dorchester and Bournemouth, sells fabric and leather 3 seater sofas, from our own Tamar, Harris, Hartpury and Eastbourne ranges to Stressless, G Plan, Parker Knoll and ercol.
Choosing a 3 seater sofa
Tamar, Harris and Hartpury each come in a choice of colours, from forest green and dark blue to rust and taupe. Eastbourne pairs roll arms with removable covers, and Carnaby is a 3 seater in palomino tan leather. Most have a matching 2 seater.
Choose the Stressless Fiona, Mary or Emily, the G Plan Malvern, Holmes or Seattle, the Parker Knoll Hudson or Boston, or the ercol Cosenza Large, made to order in your choice of cover. G Plan Kingsbury also comes curved.
Recliner 3 seaters include the G Plan Malvern and Kingsbury, the Parker Knoll Hudson and Boston, and our Naples Cloud in leather. Power recliners move at the touch of a button, so plan for a plug socket nearby.
A 3 seater suits most living rooms and is easier to arrange and move. A corner sofa seats more people but needs a free corner and more floor space.
