1) Click & collect

All items can be collected for free from our warehouse at 11 Icen Way, Dorchester DT1 1EW. We will contact you by email or phone when your product is ready to be collected.

2) Smaller items - free delivery on orders over £75 (£5.95 for orders under £75) Nationwide excluding NI, Highlands and Islands

Smaller items within our home accessories section (such as lighting, rugs, clocks, wall art and fragrances). If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss delivery timescales.

3) Furniture - our White Glove Delivery Service

We strive to provide the best possible customer service and our 2-man delivery service for larger items is no exception:

  • We will call you when your order arrives at our warehouse to arrange a convenient delivery date
  • On the day before delivery, we will give you a 2-hour delivery slot and the driver will call you shortly before arrival
  • Our 2-man team will position and assemble your furniture where desired (wardrobes will incur a surcharge - please contact us) and take away all rubbish for recycling.

Delivery FAQs

Order tracking

How do I track my order?
We will keep you updated on the progress of your order. If you need reassurance, just contact us by phone or email.

Can I choose the time of delivery?
We offer a two-hour window for our white glove delivery service. We call you the day before your delivery date to confirm an estimated time of arrival.

Can you text/call me on the date of delivery with the time window?
We’ll call you the afternoon before the day of your delivery with your two-hour delivery timeslot.

How soon will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery dates vary between products. You’ll find information about your individual product listed on its product page on our website. A member of our customer service team will be in touch to confirm the exact date of your delivery.

How can you ensure the quality of my product?
Your product is quality checked before leaving the warehouse. We’ll then ask you to check over your item, and sign to say that you’re completely happy with it before leaving it with you.

Do you deliver at weekends?
Yes. We can deliver at weekends, please contact us for a quote.

Can I nominate a 2nd address (business or neighbour) to deliver to?
No. We don’t currently offer this service, as we like to know that your delivery gets to you and doesn’t get lost.


Changing your details

What if I need to change my delivery address?
No problem. Just call or email our customer services team and we’ll update it on our systems for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Refer to our terms and conditions.


Furniture assembly and packaging

Do you assemble products?
All products are assembled. Except for wardrobes, which come flat packed due to access issues. Wardrobes can be assembled in any room of your choice, for a small assembly fee.

Do I need to dispose of packaging?
No. We take all our rubbish away with us for disposal and recycling.

Would someone carry my item into the room of my choice?
We offer a two-man white glove delivery service. Who will carry the item to the room of your choice.

Can you dispose of my old furniture piece?
We offer a like for like disposal service, within a 40-mile radius of our Woods Furniture Dorchester store. There is a small fee for this.


International shipping

Do we ship internationally?
We ship furniture to the UK mainland only. Excludes highlands and islands and the Channel Islands. Any questions about special deliveries, don’t hesitate to call or email our customer services team.
